To use this free service to control your alarm panel, your alarm panel must be monitored on the Multipath-IP network using a Inner Range Multipath-IP field device on an approved Class 3 Monthly Plan.
How do I gain access to control my alarm panel?
Firstly you need to Register for a login, once you are registered you will need to contact your Multipath-IP enabled Central Monitoring Station or security Installer who can grant access to your Multipath-IP device/alarm panel. Simply provide your Monitoring centre/security installer with your user id (email address) and your site details.
